Swiftype for PMC WordPress Sites

1. All commands below should be run within this pmc-swiftype directory.
2. After cloning pmc-plugins, run npm install.
3. After making SCSS or JS edits, run grunt to compile/minify the assets.
4. Commit all changes to Git.
5. Deploy the modified *.css, *.js, *.min.js, and *.map files to SVN.
