PMC Google Tag Manager

This plugin includes the GTM tag to be added on the head of the site. This includes the settings on the general page to add the GTM Tag ID so we can add different script based on different sites.

Setup:

• The plugin needs to be loaded in the required theme using pmc_load_plugin.
