Setting defaults

This isn't fully supported yet, but you can use the config.defaults object on any NovaCards to pass some data into the defaultCardProps.

The theme and layout properties at the top of NovaCards should work as well, although your mileage is going to heavily vary.

This is an incomplete implementation and will be fixed soon.
